Too long video buffering

For long videos buffering is a normal situation.

If any video is permanently buffering or not playing, please try these out:

• Don’t open more than 1 video tab
• Clear your cookies

I can’t watch free video

One free video per day may be unavailable due to the heavy load on the servers.

I catch errors when trying to download videos

You can request to add recordings of your favorite artist from Ch****bate to the website.

I can’t find my favorite performer

If you are looking for your favorite performer, and you can’t find him/her, you may request adding him/her after membership purchasing https://recurbate1.com/performers/.

I want to restore my account

Your account will be blocked in one of the following cases:

• You blocked your account via request
• Service automatically blocked you in cause of anti-fraud mechanic

Extra videos

A couple percent of videos are extra content. These videos are available only for Ultimate members. It only matters if you are a true fan.

We do not record private and tickets shows of performers as well as any paid content.

Do you have any older recordings?

All the records that we have are posted on the website. We don't have any earlier broadcasts in the archives.
